GREGG BERTRAM. In 2010, Gregg Bertram was invited to join the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Panel of Neutrals. The WIPO is a United Nations agency based in Geneva, Switzerland that mediates and arbitrates intellectual property disputes worldwide. In October 2010, Gregg traveled to Geneva to attend an advanced domain name arbitration seminar at WIPO headquarters.

In 2010, Gregg was also invited to become a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the College of Commercial Mediators.

In April 2011, Gregg Bertram will lead a panel discussion of the recent Dodd/Frank Consumer Financial Protection Act and the Act’s potential impact upon arbitration at the annual American Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference in Denver, Colorado. Gregg’s proposal was one of several dozen accepted from more than 2,000 submitted. Other members of the panel include former ABA ADR Section Chair Larry Mills and Washington D.C. public interest attorney Matt Wessler.
