<p><strong>GREGG BERTRAM</strong>. In 2010, Gregg Bertram was invited to join the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Panel of Neutrals. <p>In April 2011, Gregg Bertram will lead a panel discussion of the recent Dodd/Frank Consumer Financial Protection Act  and the Act’s potential impact upon arbitration at the annual American Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference in Denver, Colorado. Gregg’s proposal was one of several dozen accepted from more than 2,000 submitted. Other members of the panel include former ABA ADR Section Chair Larry Mills and Washington D.C. public interest attorney Matt Wessler.</p>
